Join Grand Rapids Ballet dancer and Saratoga Springs native Sam Epstein’s open level ballet class for participants with a basic level of classical ballet technique in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Exercises at the barre will enhance balance, body placement, and musicality. Standing center combinations will build fluidity of movement followed by easy-to-follow choreography across the floor. Fitness or ballet attire is welcome. Ballet slippers are recommended.
Recommended for active adults ages 50+
