Capital Region, NY — Nacre Dance Group is proud to present The Many Expressions of Love: An Isadora Duncan Movement Series, a unique workshop series exploring the many ways love can be experienced and expressed through movement. Hosted at locations across the Capital Region, this series invites participants of all backgrounds to connect with dance as a natural, expressive language of the body.
Inspired by the philosophy and movement of Isadora Duncan, the series is rooted in breath, gravity, and simple human movement—walking, running, skipping, and leaping. Duncan technique emphasizes freedom, authenticity, and emotional expression, making these workshops accessible to all. No prior dance training is required.
Through four themed sessions—Divine Love, Self Love, New Love, and Nurturing Love—participants will explore how movement can deepen connection to self, others, and the surrounding world. Each workshop offers a distinct entry point into Duncan’s belief that dance is a joyful, natural expression of the soul.

All workshops are open to ages 16 and up, with the exception of Nurturing Love, which welcomes participants ages 14 and up.
