Place: My Gym Fitness Center, 2100 Doubleday Avenue (also called Saratoga Road), Ballston Spa. Directly across the street from Ocean State Job Lot and Ted’ Fish Fry – FREE PARKING!
Doors open at 9:30am – please leave street shoes outside the studio door on the rubber mat
Chairs will be used instead of barres but the room has a sprung floor, mirrors, sound system, and A/C
