September’s TNO performance will take place on the front stoops of four private residences on 2nd St, near Monument Square. Music will be played live by classical Indian tabla musician, Devesh Chandra.
Performances will take place every hour on the hour (5, 6, 7, and 8 pm) and last approximately 15 minutes.
