After a 4 year hiatus as an in-person offering, Dance Alliance will bring back a 4 class session of DTT at the SPAC School of the Arts once a week between January 8 – February 2. We are in the planning stage at the current time regarding day of the week and time. Our theme will be “Changing the Face of Dance in America”. Each class will have an educational component focusing on a different genre of dance and artist of color. Mary Anne Fantauzzi is looking for interested instructors for any of the following: Frankie Manning (lindy hop), Jose Limon (Limon technique), Ben Vereen/Chita Rivera (Broadway), Nicholas Brothers/Bill Bojangles Robinson/Gregory Hines (tap), Michael Jackson (pop), Alvin Ailey (contemporary), Arthur Mitchell (ballet).
