Total Body Trifecta is pleased to announce the addition of New York City Ballet soloist Sara Adams to its “Dance with the Dancers” Zoom series of ballet classes. Sara will teach her first class on Monday, April 20th from 12:30-1:45pm. She joins other current faculty from New York City Ballet Gilbert Bolden iii, Brittany Pollack, Claire VonEnck, Lars Nelson, and Grand Rapids Ballet dancer Sam Epstein.
