Adult Barre Blast class with Ann Morris (MS Dance Education – 35+ Yrs of Exp)
$72 for 6 weeks or $15 per class, Cash or Check
This class is a challenging and fun opportunity for 1st time dancers and for those with prior dance experience. The focus is dance movement based on a ballet barre workout, stretching, balance and energizing center floor dance combinations.
