An Evening with the Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company
The Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company announces its second online virtual performance, As Close As We Can (Take 2!)
This will be a fall evening of new dances and selected repertory that invites both the dancers and the audience to immerse themselves into a world of unexpected and surprising visual perspectives. The program will feature new duets and trios created specifically for the screen. We will also rework existing dances as we explore the new vistas that are revealed when we film the dancers separately, while still seemingly intertwined.
In addition, the audience will hear in real time from Artistic Director Ellen Sinopoli and the dancers as they talk about how they prepared for this virtual performance. There will also be the opportunity for a Q & A Chat Session.
