Dancing Through Time Virtual: The Golden Age of Hollywood will return in October for another exciting six-week series that combines commentary by Hollywood dance poster collector Mike Kaplan with thematic dance classes taught by area professionals. The Fall series runs from Tuesday, October 12 – Tuesday November 16 on Zoom from 1:30-2:45pm. The themes are:
Ballet Icons on Film, Dance Teams, Vamping on the Vaudeville Stage, Astaire’s Other Partners, On Her Own Terms, and Exotic Leading Ladies. Dates and instructors are still being finalized at press time. The cost is $50 for all six classes or $10 for a single class. Members will receive email notification with the complete schedule and registration information.
