Hubbard Hall is looking for a dancer with experience in teaching children’s (and teen) beginner level ballet classes beginning the end of October. Classes meet Saturday afternoons in the Studio at Hubbard Hall. Pre-Ballet (ages 3-5) 1:00-1:45pm, Ballet 1 (ages 6-9) 2:00-3:00pm, Ballet 2 (ages 10 to adult) 3:30-5pm. The International Rotary has asked eba to design a “flash mob” in Oct. to bring awareness to the increase in polio issues. The Flash mob will celebrate our ability to move and enjoy moving. No dance experience necessary
Will need to be available for all Firebird performances and rehearsals:
July 10 for dress rehearsal during the day and at theater for show by 7pm
July 12 matinee at theater by 1:30
July 13 by 7:30pm
NYCB Assistant Ballet Mistress Dena Abergel will do an “audition” at 12pm at the National Museum of Dance on Monday July 2 at 4:15pm
The National Museum of Dance welcomes new docents to conduct tours during the summer season and into the fall. Docent training sessions will be Tues., May 1, from 3:30-4:45pm & Sat., May 5, from 10:30-11:45am. Those interested may choose one or the other. Contact Ruby at email@example.com to sign up. from the late 1700 and early 1800. We need several people with
movement experience to learn and perform the dances with the
