National Dance Museum’s School of the Arts offers Dances from around the World for 4 and 5 year olds. From Feb. 8 to March 31, four and five year-olds are invited to embark on an adventure with teacher Leslie Kettlewell that will introduce them to a diverse selection of countries and regions, such as China, Russia, Africa and the Caribbean, making unique cultures come alive through stories, dance, and music. This exciting class is held on Mon. from 1-2pm and/or Wed., 10-11am. Cost is $88 for one session per week. Contact Improvisation is a partnering form of dance. Skills such as falling, rolling, following and leading, and giving and supporting weight will be explored through a series of fun and refreshing activities.
