CORE de BALLET Workout

A blending of the core movements of ballet with the core stabilization moves of fitness.

The workout includes:

  • Center & Placement
  • Moving Warmup
  • Seated & Supine Stretches
  • Abdominals & Core Stabilization
  • Hip & Back Extension with port de bras
  • Floor Barre
  • Standing Center without a barre to develop balance
  • Movement/Choreography Segment inspired by the world’s greatest ballets
  • Reverence

NO BALLET EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Mondays 6:25-7:25pm

Wednesdays 5:20-6:20pm
