CORE de BALLET Workout
A blending of the core movements of ballet with the core stabilization moves of fitness.
The workout includes:
- Center & Placement
- Moving Warmup
- Seated & Supine Stretches
- Abdominals & Core Stabilization
- Hip & Back Extension with port de bras
- Floor Barre
- Standing Center without a barre to develop balance
- Movement/Choreography Segment inspired by the world’s greatest ballets
- Reverence
NO BALLET EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
